COACHING: A RESOURCE FOR CHANGE

"My interest is in the future...because I'm going to spend the rest of my life there."

-- Charles Kettering

POSITIVE TRANSITIONS CAN HELP YOU LEAD A MORE OPTIMISTIC AND PRODUCTIVE LIFE

Positive Transition's goal is to help people make life changes, which lead to professional success and more meaningful and balanced living. The client-centered approach draws on established theories and methods of evaluation and assessment, coaching, counseling and business management. Positive Transitions offers extensive experience in working with people to create solutions and implement strategies for positive change.

Creating Goals

Positive Transitions is a resource and catalyst for individuals committed to growth in their personal or professional life, and for organizations undergoing change. Together, client and coach establish goals and identify current strengths and internal or external barriers inhibiting change. From this process, a working plan is created to reach the client's goals.

Service Accessibility

Taking into consideration the client's preference for convenience of time and location, individuals and groups are served through:

Individual Coaching
  • Face-to-face sessions
  • Telephone sessions
Group/Organizational Coaching
  • Tele-conferences
  • Tele-workshops
  • Workshops
Positive Transitions serves clients locally, across the United States, and internationally. Tele-conferences and tele-workshops are offered throughout the year.

Positive Transitions offers on-site workshops in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area on a variety of life skills. Workshops and presentations are available in many other locations and are designed to meet the specific needs of the client. A team of professional Associates is available to augment workshops requiring training or information in program development and evaluation, human resources, and specific business management needs.
